Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy for damaged or defective products only. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. The item must be unused, with original packaging intact. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at mystifyindia98@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will arrange return pickup or provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mystifyindia98@gmail.com so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:
- Products that are not damaged or defective
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Used or opened products
- Sale items or promotional orders
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a fresh order separately.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

Note: mystify currently ships and operates within India only. International return or EU cooling-off policies do not apply.
